FROM A QUESTION TO A CLEARER PICTURE

If you select no special category, review the standard scope and continue to Stripe Checkout. You choose whether to pay; completing the question form alone does not charge you.
Complete the detailed intake and share existing records. We assess feasibility before substantive research. If the standard scope cannot reasonably cover your project, we offer a full refund or a separately approved custom proposal.
Receive the findings, citations, unresolved questions, and next steps. Expect your standard research report by email in 3–5 days after payment and completed intake. If we need more information or identify a scope issue, we’ll contact you to explain the next step and any change to timing.
LET’S MAKE SURE IT’S THE RIGHT FIT
If we determine before substantive research begins that your project cannot reasonably be handled within the standard scope, we offer a full refund or the opportunity to approve a custom proposal. Once substantive research has begun, refunds are not guaranteed merely because surviving records do not produce the answer you hoped for. This does not limit any mandatory consumer rights.
