BEFORE YOU BEGIN
Research comes with uncertainty.
The process shouldn’t.
Our research review team checks every report before delivery: important claims against cited sources, consistency of identities and dates, conflicting evidence, uncertainty, and useful next steps. AI assists research and organization; human reviewers assess what the evidence supports.
The form screens the categories you select before payment. It is not a human feasibility assessment. Standard projects proceed to a $200 checkout, then detailed intake and human scope review before substantive research. If the project cannot reasonably fit the standard scope, we offer a full refund or an optional custom proposal. Special-category inquiries are reviewed without payment. Unsure? Email us before checkout.
Expect your standard research report by email in 3–5 days after payment and completed intake. If we need more information or identify a scope issue, we’ll contact you to explain the next step and any change to timing.
No DNA test, saliva sample, or genetic-data upload is needed for a standard project. We investigate historical records. You do not need an existing family tree or a personal genealogy subscription to order or read your report; some external source links may require separate access.
We combine custom proprietary AI with leading genealogy resources, databases, and expert human review. Our process brings together search planning, document analysis, translation, identity comparisons, and source citations to pursue your question across countries and languages. You receive a researched report, with important conclusions checked against the evidence.
We do not currently publish a verified $200 customer report or testimonial. The Samuel Bennett sample is fictional and demonstrates report structure. The Aragón study is real founder research spanning multiple investigations; it is not a paid $200 customer result. Neither is evidence of a typical customer outcome.
One focused question about a person, couple, or closely related family line, using relevant online-accessible records. Your package includes evidence analysis, a source-cited written report, human review, and next steps.
No. Research can only work with evidence that survives and is accessible. You purchase an investigation, not a guaranteed discovery.
Our custom proprietary AI helps us search, organize, compare, translate, and analyze information efficiently. Pairing that technology with a focused project scope and human review makes the $200 flat price possible.
No. AI accelerates the process; our research review team checks every report, including important evidence and conclusions. AI suggestions are not accepted as evidence.
Special categories go to custom review before payment. If an apparently standard project turns out to be outside scope, we contact you before substantive research begins and offer a refund or a custom proposal.
You still receive a report of the investigation, sources searched where appropriate, negative findings, unresolved questions, and suggested next steps.
Yes, where usable records and sources are accessible. Coverage varies by country, language, period, and access restrictions.
Potentially. Surviving evidence tends to become scarcer further back in time, and conclusions must reflect those limitations.
Only if the evidence supports each link in the lineage. We do not promise a particular connection.
Advanced DNA cases require custom review. Select DNA analysis when submitting your question.
Standard projects focus primarily on deceased ancestors. Living-person investigations require review and may be declined.
No. Start with the names, approximate dates, places, and family relationships you know.
Yes. Provide record or shared-document URLs during intake. For scans or photographs you cannot link, reply to your confirmation email with attachments. Never send a genealogy website password.
